As June brings cold winter weather, these enchanting little birds bunker down in their sand dune nests. Little penguin pairs are delightfully loyal, remaining together across their lifespan and sharing foraging and parental duties. The Little Penguin is the smallest of the world’s penguin species, their amusing clumsy waddle giving them a distinctive character along rocky outcrops of coastal waters.
